Prior to her experience in real estate, Laura managed a successful business in Hinsdale for the better part of 15 years. Customer service is ingrained in her and Laura brings that mentality to her real estate career. Her clients and their needs are of the utmost importance and she skillfully works to guide them through the real estate process while maintaining an approachable, easy-going relationship. She is known for being a firm yet fair leader and that personality lends itself well for the real estate business. Always having a passion for interiors, Laura has an eye for design that is valued when it comes to staging a home for sale or seeing past a previous owner’s personal taste and picturing yourself in the space. Laura is enthusiastic about people truly loving their home and she brings that excitement to her clients while making the entire process as effortless as possible.

Lauren has been in the real estate business since early 2015. After working for a top agent in Hinsdale, Lauren knew she wanted to become an agent herself. Working in the town she grew up in, Lauren knows her town and the people in it. Lauren made many local connections throughout the years in Hinsdale and its surrounding suburbs. She has a variety of great local connections that she loves to share with all to keep everyone supporting local whenever possible. Lauren prides herself on being organized and efficient which is much appreciated by each and every client. She is hard-working and focused and makes the process of buying/selling real estate as easy as possible for her clients.



RIC & JOYCE CHAPPETTO
Operations Manager + Real Estate Investor | Office Manager
Our passion for this new endeavor has also sparked excitement in Ric and Joyce and we have brought them on board! Joyce spent many years working for HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) in the beginning of her career and is going back to her roots supporting L&L home as our Office Manager. Ric spent his entire career in the trading world focusing on Forex and Futures since the early 80’s. Though the industry is quite different, his extensive experience in project managing and business development lends well in his new position as our Operations Manager and Real Estate Agent focusing on finding homes for his fellow Veterans.
